Rev. H.E. Brigettt formed the first Biggar Scout Troop with Mr. Douglas Stuart as secretary. Mrs. Brigett formed the Girl Guides and held meetings at the newly built St. Paul's Anglican ChurchThis is a featured page In 1964 the Biggar Elks Lodge (B.P.O. Elk's) we assisted with the installation of Unity Lodge and the Cubs and Scouts in Biggar and have been their sponsors since that time.
