The Biggar Aquatic Centre is an outdoor swimming pool built in Biggar, Saskatchewan in 1987. It relied on $64,000 in funding from the Canada-Saskatchewan Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (MRIF). This swimming pool utilises state of the art solar power heating which will reduce heating costs and reduce carbon fuel emissions. The pool hosts the Biggar Barracuda Swim Club. Biggar Memorial Swimming Poolwas constructed in 1948. Alongside the aquatic centre are tennis courts and have combined to increase recreational opportunities in Biggar's parks for a healthy and active populace.

It is interesting to note that historically, O.J.Rowe spearhaded the construction of tennis courts along the Canadian National Railway tracks during the roaring twenties. Rowe was assistant superintendent for the Canadian National Railways stationed in the Biggar divisional point and later became the Western Canadian superintendent.
